It’s nice to create a Sanctuary in your home. A place were you can go to, shut the door, and relax. A place to go when you are falling apart. A place to put yourself back together. That is why I feel that your surroundings in your home are so important.

On one particular morning, I received a call from a new client who began to tell me her dad had suddenly passed and how she had just moved here. I told her I am more than a Wood Goddess. I told her I could arrange a reception at her home after the funeral. On the day of the funeral, as I was setting up, I decided to not only set up the food and drinks, but to install her custom Reclaimed Wood mantel. When she arrived home she found not only was I ready to host a full buffet, but I had installed her mantel and had pimped it out with a few of her items.
